Youth Commitee

It would be easy for MTU to have a network of support that all think like the Directors and act like the Directors. However, the MTU goal is not to create a network of the same like-minded people but to have a much broader perspective with the hep of a Youth Committee that will be empowered to give the Directors open and honest feedback on competitions, new ideas, achievements and most importantly have no fear of repercussions

The Youth Committee will be comprised of a representative from each troupe aged between 14-18 years old. Each representative must have skills to work as a team, listen to information, evaluate ideas and constructively feedback.

The Youth Committee will meet twice a year either at a competition or virtually.

Our expectations are for the Youth Committee to keep MTU fresh, relevant and sustainable for future generations of twirlers..
